The 2009 Natural Building Conference sponsored by COSBA

We are expanding on the huge interest in Sustainable Building/Living. This year’s event is right around the corner, set for September 12 & 13 at Shared Harvest Community Gardens, minutes from downtown Durango, Colorado.

Our goals for this year are:

• To reaffirm the concept that “Small is Beautiful”.
• Highlight a spectrum of cutting-edge and traditional natural building technologies and techniques in order to create the most beautiful, comfortable, and safe homes and buildings possible.
• To become better environmental stewards by promoting natural and green building as a way to reduce the carbon footprint of our homes and buildings.
• To showcase and network the best natural and green building professionals, artisans, and vendors in the Southwest.
• To build a small Straw Bale structure that will benefit Shared Harvest Gardens, and create a focal point for our conference and sharing.
  

It is our desire to host a large number of vendors that will provide exposure to the best resources available for those interested in green building. To this end, we have greatly improved our venue to maximize your contact with the public attending the event.

1. Vendor tables will be within the main area of events to maximize circulation and exposure.
2. There are four specific vendor exposure time slots built into the schedule.
3. An end-of-day recap gathering will highlight vendor tables during the social activity.

Reserve your 10 x10 space today for Saturday September 13th! For a booth fee of only $100.00 we will provide a table and chair-- PLUS pastries and coffee, plus being in attendance to the range of activities available. Please feel free to join us in the home tour on Sunday! (This year food vendors will be providing meals to all participants.
