Important information:
COSBA has chosen the YMCA of the Rockies as the venue for the 2012 Conference because of the beautiful/majestic setting, three all-you-can-eat meals (with veggie options), access to their ample facilities, WiFi access, coffee/snack shop and those elk/deer really will be wandering the grounds during the conference. The 'Y' shares a border with Rocky Mountain National Park, one of the most pristine Parks in the US (bring your hiking/climbing gear). We have reserved the entire Rams Horn Lodge lodge for our conference, but there is limited space in this particular lodge. There are several other lodges on their campus but the Ram's Horn is the conference venue, so we encourage you to book at the YMCA as soon as registration becomes available.* Camping options will be announced soon.**
*The 'Y' is installing a new on line registration program that will be available soon. Please take the time to sign up for email updates and we will let you know as soon as the booking program becomes active.
**There is a campground a short distance from the 'Y' however you should be aware that the 'Y' charges a fee for anyone who books off site and for the three meals. These prices will be available soon and are in addition to the COSBA registration fee.

International Straw Builders Conference lodge package includes 6 nights lodging, September 16 –22, 2012; 3 all you can eat buffet meals per each night’s stay (dinner on arrival day through lunch on departure day), and guest membership. (Rates are per person based on number of people staying in the room. 5.7% sales tax, if applicable, is not included).
YMCA of the Rockies is developing an online registration system that will allow you to either book your roommates or book a room to share with a gender appropriate conference attendee or three or four, depending on your lodging budget.
